Application Steps 4 Steps to coat a METAL ROOF:
  1. Power Wash with 115 CLEANER [Repair existing roof system. Replace missing or loose fasteners and metal panels as needed.]
  2. Prime with A-125 METAL ROOF PRIMER
  3. Flash fasteners, penetrations, seams, lap joints with A-200 FLASHING GRADE
  4. Finish with A-300 FINISH


3 Steps to coat an AGED SMOOTH BUILT-UP ROOF (over 5 years old)
  1. Power Wash with water [Repair existing roof system per NRCA guidelines]
  2. Flash penetrations and seams with A-200 FLASHING GRADE
  3. Finish with A-300 FINISH


1 Step to coat a NEW PUF ROOF (SPF*) (Must have a positive slope)
  1. Finish with A-300 FINISH
    * Spray Polyurethane Foam


3 Steps to coat an AGED HYPALON ROOF (over 5 years old)
  1. Power Wash with 115 CLEANER [Repair existing roof system per NRCA guidelines]
  2. Flash penetrations with A-200 FLASHING GRADE
