  • Covers Labor and Mule-Hide Materials to Repair Leaks.  Includes the Mule-Hide Membrane, (EPDM or TPO) and the GreenGrid HDPE Plant and Ballast Modules.
  • Excludes roof insulation, deck, support system, metal flashings, drains, guttering, plants, soil and other growing media.
  • Excludes other components such as irrigation, mechanical, or electrical systems, ponds or other roof top construction
  • Does not cover the watertight integrity of walls, parapet walls, and other adjacent structures.

  • Full System - Covers Labor and Mule-Hide Materials to Repair Leaks.  Includes the Mule-Hide Membrane (EPDM or TPO), Insulation and Fasteners and Mule-Hide Approved Metal Coping, Counterflashing and Edge Metal (if used). Includes the GreenGrid HDPE Plant and Ballast Modules.
  • Excludes roof deck, support system, metal flashings, drains, guttering, plants, soil and other growing media.
  • Excludes other components such as irrigation, mechanical, or electrical systems, ponds or other roof top construction
