Restoring an aging roof, rather than replacing it, is an investment that can deliver big returns for building owners. They get “near-new” roof performance, can reduce cooling costs long-term, and receive a fresh warranty … all at a dramatically lower cost and with far less hassle and environmental impact. But not every roof is a good candidate for restoration.
