311 Non-Fibrated Emulsion Roof Coating

Mule-Hide #311 Non-Fibrated Emulsion Roof Coating stands up to heat, rain and snow and is particularly at home in hot climates. The asphalt-based clay emulsion roof coating protects smooth-surfaced asphalt built-up roofs and modified bitumen roofing membranes. It does not flow when applied in thick coats. When dry, it stays firmly in place, even when exposed to elevated temperatures.

  • Good when used as a base coat prior to application of aluminum or elastomeric coatings.
  • Effective as a base coat for reflective coatings.
  • Also protects metal roofing, masonry, stucco, parapet walls, curbs, and base flashings.
  • Effective in damp-proofing below-grade walls.
  • Can be used as a protective coating on the inside of planter boxes.
