ShapeShift® Kits

ShapeShift® Kits put everything needed to create pitch pans in one convenient package. The “grab-and-go” kits are available in two sizes to accommodate jobs of various sizes.

Large kits contain 16 ShapeShift corner sections, 16 ShapeShift straight sections, 3 - 2 liter pouches of MP Liquid Sealant in white and three cartridges of JTS 1 joint and termination sealant in white. Large kits create four 7- by 7-inch pitch pans.

Small kits contain 16 ShapeShift corner sections, 1 - 2 liter pouch of MP Liquid Sealant in white and two cartridges of JTS 1 in white. Small kits create four 4- by 4-inch pitch pans.

ShapeShift kits can be used to create pitch pans for acrylic-coated, smooth modified bitumen, and smooth built-up roofing systems.

ShapeShift pitch pans are approved for installation on MuleHide warranted projects when installed on vertical surfaces if filled with JTS 1 Joint & Termination Sealant instead of MP Liquid Sealant.

No. Pitch pan pieces are manufactured from a white high-strength polymer.

ShapeShift pitch pans require priming on certain surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of the pan itself. Refer to the ShapeShift product data sheet form more details.

When used on EPDM, TPO or PVC/KEE HP membrane systems, appropriate primer is required. Refer to the ShapeShift product data sheet for more details.

No, not at this time. Although it can be made in any size, the pans must be either a square or a rectangle.

MP Liquid Sealant is available in White or Black. But only white in the kits.

Absolutely, and it is approved for use on MHP system warranties. When filled with JTS 1 sealant, ShapeShift pans provide an excellent way to flash those troublesome cables or conduits that penetrate parapet walls when a prefabricated pipe boot or split pipe boot will not work.

Cartons are available in straights and corners. A carton of straights contains 16 pieces. A carton of corners contains 48 or 16 pieces.
