Seal-Fast Liqui-Flash

Seal-Fast® Liqui-Flash is a flashing grade single component polyurethane roof sealant used in the construction of liquid flashing systems and sealing pitch pockets and pans, metal roof seams & fasteners, inlaid gutters, polyurethane foam, Asphalt, Modified Bitumen, PVC, and EPDM roofs. It may also be used on TPO roofs when primed with Low VOC Primer. Liqui-Flash is compatible with acrylic and silicone roof coatings. It is ideal for repairing hail damaged polyurethane foam roofs. It may also be used in conjunction with custom manufactured Shape Shift and metal pitch pockets which can be combined to produce pans of various sizes and shapes.

Liqui-Flash can be used to seal and flash unusually shaped penetrations. It can be combined with Mule-Hide Products Polyester Reinforced Fabric to solve any typical or challenging penetration.

Liqui-Flash is semi-self-leveling so that it can be used to seal seams and affect repairs on single-ply membranes at any slope. It may also be used to fill pitch pockets and pans, seal gutters and metal roof seams & fasteners with minimal tooling.

Liqui-Flash does not need to be mixed prior to application.

The surface must be clean and sound. Product can be applied with caulk gun, bulk gun, brush, or trowel. Some substrates may require primer so please reference the PDS for more information.

2 years. Store in a cool dry place. High temperatures and high humidity will shorten the shelf life.

10 oz caulk tube, 20 oz sausage tube, 1 gallon pail and 3.5 gallon pail. White, Black, and Gray.

Fabric can be embedded in the surface to provide reinforcement and strength.

Liqui-Flash is approved for use over TPO, PVC, KEE, Hypalon and EPDM single-ply membranes. New TPO membranes require the use of Mule-Hide Low VOC Primer and aged TPO membranes require the use of Si TPO Primer.
